Not every theme is on every plan. Here's how it works.
Free vs paid themes
- Free plan — a set of starter themes to get you going.
- Plus, Pro, and Enterprise — all 18+ themes unlocked. Plus
Paid plans also unlock the clock logo: your own logo beside the primary clock name across every theme. On themes with a built-in heading icon, the logo replaces that icon.
In the theme picker, themes your plan doesn't include appear greyed out with a lock. Upgrade and they unlock immediately — see Plans compared.
Exclusive themes
Some themes are exclusive: custom designs granted to a specific account (usually Enterprise customers with their own branding). They're hidden for everyone else and appear only for the account they're granted to. Enterprise
If you downgrade
If a clock is using a paid theme and your plan later drops below it, the display quietly falls back to a starter theme so it never breaks. Re-upgrade and you can switch right back. A saved clock logo is hidden on Free rather than deleted, and returns when the account is paid again.
