Add or replace a logo

  1. 1

    Open the clock

From the dashboard, open the clock you want to brand. Stay on the General tab and scroll to Clock logo.

  2. 2

    Choose the image

Press Choose a logo, then select a JPG, PNG, or WebP image. A square image with the artwork centred works best. Transparent PNG or WebP files blend into the widest range of themes.

  3. 3

    Check the preview

The new image appears in the settings card as soon as it uploads. To pick a different one, press Replace.

  4. 4

    Publish it

Press Save changes. Screens already showing the clock update within a few seconds.

How the image is prepared

SalahClock centre-crops the image to a square and reduces it to at most 512 × 512 pixels before upload. The uploaded file must be no larger than 5 MB after processing. Start with a square source if you do not want the edges cropped.

How it appears on the display

The logo sits immediately before the primary clock name and scales with the name in every theme and display orientation. If the clock has an Arabic name, that name remains on its own line below the primary name.

Some themes normally put a small icon beside the clock name. Your logo replaces that heading icon, while the rest of the theme's decorative artwork remains. The same behavior carries into prayer takeovers, content screens, and combined screens wherever the clock heading is shown.

Remove a logo

Open General → Clock logo, press Remove, then Save changes. The theme's normal heading icon returns where it has one.

If you move to the Free plan

The logo is hidden from the display while the account is on Free, but the saved image is kept. It appears again automatically after the account returns to a paid plan.
