Your account & data

The Account page gathers everything about your account in one place. Open it from Account in the account menu, in the top corner of the dashboard.

At the top you'll see your email, your current plan (with a link to manage it), how many clocks you have, and the date you joined. Below that you can choose what email we send you, review any connected AI assistants, download your data, or delete the account.

Email preferences

Under Email, the News, offers and discounts switch controls whether we send you marketing email — new features, and pricing offers for mosques. Turn it off and that mail stops; the change takes effect straight away, and you can turn it back on whenever you like.

Note

Service email is separate and always sent: prayer time changes, billing receipts, and account notices. Those aren't marketing, so the switch doesn't affect them.

Every marketing email also carries an unsubscribe link, which does the same thing as turning the switch off here.

Download your data

Under Export your data, choose Download my data to get a single JSON file containing a complete copy of your account: your profile, every clock and all of its settings, your public mosque profiles, who you follow, and your billing history. It downloads straight to your device — nothing is sent anywhere.

Note

The file is a plain, portable record of what's stored for your account. It's handy for keeping your own backup or reviewing exactly what we hold.

Delete your account

Under Delete your account, Delete my account permanently removes your account and everything in it — all your clocks, their public display URLs and profiles, and your settings. To avoid mistakes, you'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

This can't be undone

Deleting is immediate and permanent. Your display URLs stop working right away and nothing can be recovered. If you just want a copy of your data first, use Download my data above before deleting.

If you're on a paid plan, cancel your subscription first from the Plan & usage / billing page — deletion is blocked while a subscription is still active, so you're never charged after leaving.
